How the system works
The claimant enters through the relevant client's branded WhatsApp account.
The system identifies whether the enquiry relates to disrepair, a tenancy deposit or both.
The claimant answers the relevant questions and submits the necessary documents and evidence.
The completed information, documents and case summary are passed to the appropriate CRM or team.

Additional client rollouts
To keep the initial investment sensible, Hyphen12 will configure each new client on the partner's behalf. This avoids the significant cost of building a complete self-service software platform.

£650 + VAT per additional brand
Bespoke CRM integrations, additional claim types, material workflow changes and custom API development will be quoted separately.
Support and ongoing costs
From £149 to £249 + VAT
per active client, per month
The final amount depends on usage and the required level of support.
Exceptional message volumes, third-party software fees and material changes to the qualification process may be charged separately. Any additional cost will be agreed in advance.
Yes. The proposed model keeps the initial cost low by having Hyphen12 configure each additional client manually. If the partner later reaches sufficient volume, Hyphen12 can scope a separate self-service management platform allowing authorised users to add businesses, upload branding, configure accounts, manage integrations and launch new client environments directly.
A self-service platform is not included within the current proposal. It would require materially more development, administration controls, security, testing and ongoing maintenance, and would therefore be scoped and priced as a separate software project.
